1.1 Scope of Application

These Terms apply to the baji light website and all related digital services. The platform is primarily intended for users in Bangladesh, and transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). We reserve the right to restrict access to certain services or regions as laws in different countries or regions change.

1.2 Interpretation

Where "baji light", "we", or "our" appear in these Terms, they refer to the entity operating the platform. "User", "you", and "member" refer to any person registered on the platform. If a dispute arises over the meaning of any provision, the commonly accepted legal interpretation in the Bengali language will be followed.

1.3 Language and Communication

These Terms are written in Bengali. Our customer support team provides assistance in both Bengali and English. All formal communication related to the platform can be made via email or live chat.

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on baji light and participate in any betting or casino activity, the user must be at least 21 years old. Accounts belonging to underage users will be closed immediately and all transactions will be cancelled. Providing false information about age will be treated as a serious violation.

2.2 Registration Conditions

Each user may create only one account. The following must be ensured at the time of registration:

• All personal information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• The same person does not have more than one account (if identified as a "duplicate account", all accounts will be closed).
• The user will manage the account personally; running an account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
• The mobile number and email used for registration are active and belong to the user.

2.3 Multiple Account Policy

Operating multiple accounts from the same person, family, address, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and cancellation of any earned bonuses.

3.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

For security and fraud prevention purposes, baji light may request identity verification at any time. The following documents may be required during this process:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).

3.2 Password and Account Protection

The user is solely responsible for keeping their account login details secure. Sharing passwords with others, selling, or transferring the account is prohibited. If unauthorised access is suspected, notify customer support immediately. baji light will not be responsible for any loss resulting from login details being disclosed to a third party.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

baji light accepts deposits and withdrawals through the following methods:

Every transaction must be made from an account or mobile number registered in the user's own name. Using a third party's payment method is prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

After a withdrawal request is made, processing is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, processing time may be extended for verification in the following situations:

• Account identity verification has not been completed.
• Bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Unusual transaction patterns have been detected.
• Due to technical or banking issues.

4.3 Deposit Refund Policy

Funds once deposited into the account cannot be refunded after being used in betting or gaming activities. baji light reserves the right to correct any excess credits resulting from a technical error. Transactions made via credit card or third-party methods are not accepted and such payments will be returned.

5.1 Conditions for Accepting Bonuses

• The bonus is tracked separately from the main balance.
• To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the specified wagering requirement must be met.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another person.
• A promotional offer cannot be claimed more than once (unless the terms state otherwise).
• The deposit balance cannot be used before the bonus balance reaches zero — both balances are used at a proportional rate.

5.3 Right to Withdraw Bonuses

baji light reserves the right to modify, limit, or cancel any bonus offer. In cases of fraudulent bonus collection or abuse through multiple accounts, the relevant bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation Policy

A bet will not be considered complete until a system confirmation message is received confirming the bet has been accepted. A bet may be cancelled if it is not confirmed due to a technical error, loss of internet connection, or system failure. In such cases, the deposited amount will be returned to the user's main account.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Separate minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game or sports event. These limits may vary based on market position, event type, and the user's VIP level. The applicable limits will be clearly displayed at the time of placing each bet.

6.3 Event Cancellation and Rescheduling

If a sports event is cancelled or incomplete, the bet is generally declared void and the bet amount is returned. For multi-bets, the result will be determined based on the remaining events, excluding the cancelled one. In live betting, certain markets may close after an event has started.

6.4 Odds Change Policy

Odds may change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted, the odds stated in the confirmation message are considered final. In the case of an odds error or incorrect display, baji light reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet and return the stake.

7.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities

• Betting or gaming using bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence.
• Bonus abuse — repeatedly claiming the same offer through multiple accounts.
• Match fixing or attempting to illegally influence the outcome of any event.
• Identifying and exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform for personal gain.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Operating an account using another user's identity.
• Attempting to bypass the verification process with false or misleading information.

7.2 Investigation of Suspicious Activity

If suspicious activity is detected on any account, baji light may immediately suspend that account and begin an investigation. During the investigation, the user must provide the necessary information and evidence. If a violation is proven, the account will be permanently closed.

8.1 Service Guarantee

The baji light platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We aim to ensure uninterrupted 24/7 service, but temporary disruptions due to technical maintenance, network outages, or third-party service issues cannot be entirely ruled out.

8.2 Liability for Financial Loss

Participation in betting and gaming activities is entirely at the user's own decision and risk. baji light is not responsible for losses arising from a user's personal financial decisions. 8.3 Third-Party Technology

baji light uses software from various third-party game providers such as Evolution, PG Soft, JILI, Pragmatic Play, and others. If gameplay is disrupted due to issues in these providers' systems, we will work to resolve it promptly, but direct financial compensation for third-party errors may not always be possible.

9.1 baji light's Rights

baji light may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following situations:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Registration with false or incomplete information.
• Suspected money laundering or fraudulent activity.
• Harassment of other users or baji light staff.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period.

9.2 User's Right to Close Account

10.1 Notice of Changes
